RAYMOND SHAM, ESQ.

As a practicing attorney in California for over twenty years, Raymond Sham has represented clients before courts in numerous counties throughout the state.  

Raymond Sham is an experienced personal injury attorney. Raymond Sham began his legal career at a defense firm retained by insurance companies to defend personal injury cases.  Raymond Sham handled litigated matters from the initial filing through to jury verdicts.  After several years of defense work, Raymond Sham started his own practice and began representing people who suffered personal injuries.  Raymond Sham's extensive experience on both sides of the process brings his clients an in-depth understanding of personal injury claims handling and litigation.

In addition to handling personal injury matters, Raymond Sham has advised importers, exporters, businesses expanding into foreign markets, and foreign businesses entering the U.S. market. Raymond Sham counsels business clients on various legal issues relating to their business transactions including review of commercial contracts, pre-litigation dispute resolution, and international business negotiation and strategy. 

In addition to his law degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (Formerly University of California Hastings College of the Law), Raymond Sham holds a Master of International Business and Law from the University of Sydney, Australia.  Raymond Sham is also a California licensed Real Estate Broker.

Born in Buffalo, New York and raised in Arcadia, California, Raymond attended high school in England where he started his over 35-year participation in the game of rugby. He has also lived in Taiwan, China, Vietnam, Australia, and Argentina.
